By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nod88 platform — including its website at nod88.app, its mobile-optimised interface, its casino games, its sportsbook, its promotions, or its payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and nod88.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the nod88 platform and close your account. Continued access to any part of the platform following the publication of updated Terms will be deemed full acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and nod88. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

nod88 uses a combination of automated verification tools and manual review to confirm player age and identity. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence — at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended and any balance held pending review.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

nod88 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the nod88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nod88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed by nod88 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the remaining account balance may be forfeited in full. In cases where closure is precautionary and pending investigation, funds will be held and released — less any legitimate deductions — if the account is cleared following review.

nod88 will communicate all account closures and suspensions to the email address registered on the account wherever practicable. If you believe your account has been closed or suspended in error, please contact our support team and we will review your case promptly.
